What you need to do:

1. Review the above video to get an understanding of the project.

2. Decide if this is an app you could easily produce well

3. Send me a proposal via oDesk no later than 21 noon (in NY City) or EDT USA Monday 22nd August.

The proposal should include:

  • Project cost
  • Time-frame for completion
  • When you could start
  • Expected completion date

IMPORTANTLY:
 Include any questions or concerns you would have as the developer that you would anticipate and I did not mention or reference in this request for proposal.

What I will do:

    1. Receive estimates/proposals through until Monday 22nd 12 noon NY time.
    2. Make my initial decision by the end of the day, and if necessary from there, speak with the final candidates probably Wed 24th.

I know this is only a small project, but I would hope that this serve as the springboard for a longer relationship.
